Meet our Founders

CEO

Dr. Kryder is a Boston-based Physician (Georgetown, Harvard, MIT) who has worked as a capitated physician and as a multi-specialty medical group and IPA executive. He founded D2Hawkeye (to Verisk) and co-founded Generation Health (to CVS); chaired Valence Health (to Evolent) and Higi. He was an Executive Partner at Flare Capital from 2014 through 2020, and currently serves on several other boards, and holds, by Gubernatorial appointment, the primary care physician seat on The Massachusetts Health Policy Commission.

Todd Stockard

COO

Todd Stockard is a healthcare industry executive with over 35 years of experience. Todd was the co-founder, President and COO of Valence Health. Valence was a tech enabled services company supporting provider based risk organizations across the country. Valence was sold to Evolent health in 2016. Todd remained with Evolent as a technical advisor for two years after the sale. He has since been consulting with a number of organizations in the provider risk space.

Manoj Mathew, MD

CMO

Dr. Mathew is an Internal Medicine Hospitalist & SNFist holding the distinction of Senior Fellow in Hospital Medicine. He founded a successful hospitalist group in LA (to Sound 2021). Manoj was with HealthCare Partners/Optum from 2001 to 2015 serving as CA Regional Medical Director with primary P&L and clinical accountability for Group and IPA operations. In 2016, upon the founding of agilon health, he was recruited as National Medical Director until mid-2021 after IPO.
